I won't put my $10'000 bike behind the trailer... Bumper isn't strong enough for such a rack anyway. It would require some work to reinforce frame to install proper hitch for bike rack... Not an option for now

$10,000 bike and you take it camping. Maybe you should leave it at home and stop at Walmart and pick up one for $100.

Perhaps the poster has a specific reason for taking their primary bike with them...serious cyclists have reasons for the gear they use and I doubt that poster is taking the bike just to ride around the campground.
