Thanks , Are they dark gray or black and I did not see a rating in the specs on their web site. Did they approve them for the Ascent?
5 / 5

Np..ive just use the website of the store to seach for a compatible wheels ..and the bolt pattern. It happens that its the same as oem...
Its gray with blue rssw center cap...
My original plan is to upgrade to 255/55/18 but that time my store doesnt have the sizes so i just stick for oem size....
I like the style of wheels....its cheaper though...roughly 600 cad$ on sale...

Love the Method rims. My only concern was they’re a bit heavier than the stock rims. Do you notice any difference in ride or handling bs the oem setup?
I haven't noticed anything too different other than the handling being a slightly spongier. Ride comfort-wise, no significant difference compared to the stock 20s that I can tell (Only 1.9k miles on the 20s).

I just weighted one of stock 20s with the tire on and came out to about 62.8lbs (Weighed 3 times on a digital bathroom scale lol). Adding up the weights for the 18x8 mr502 with the nittos came out to 65.8lbs (24.6 + 41.2 according to websites; I didn't physically weight these).

KMC708s 18x8 38mm offset with 265/60r18 Wildpeaks on stock ride height.
Any rubbing?

Any difference in ride, handling, or acceleration due to the larger diameter tire?
Slight rubbing at almost full turn lock. Ride is a lot smoother. Handling is way better; specially in the rain. Acceleration wise its the same; prob sue to the 20”s weight much so the weight compensates??

Interesting. I’m surprised the handling is better since there is more compressible sidewall due to the taller tire. Also when you increase the tire diameter you are effectively reduce the final gear ratio. This usually results in decreased acceleration.I'm surprised it feels effively the same in that respect.

Love the look though! ???

I’d love to run larger tires without any penalty!

Less bumpy and less jarring on big bumps or potholes. More boat-wallow.
