A sensitive question. I don’t know if this would be a violation of US law, if so, just delete or close the topic. But maybe someone can help me. I found out about buying a hitch with delivery to Belarus, it turns out to be over $1,500. It's too expensive. I have the opportunity to order parts for laser cutting, I have my own sheet bending and welding. I think it won't be difficult to make it. Maybe someone has a hitch at home that has not yet been installed on their car. I need the dimensions of the main elements. I would be grateful for your help.

Mine is installed, so I can't help you there. I'm not sure about the law, but I suspect the part is probably covered by a patent or other proprietary safeguards. At $1500, maybe find a bargain airline ticket and take a vaca to the States, buy one for ~$400, and bring it back as checked luggage.....Declare it as "Exercise Equipment" with Customs.... 
It is unlikely that there is a patent on the hitch, as I do not remember seeing an patent markings on my hitch when I installed it, nor in any of the documentation. Marking would be a requirement to recover any damages for alleged infringement. So if someone has one out of the box and not installed, they could quickly check for mention of U.S. Patents on the hitch if they find that to be a gating issue.
