Ascent premium option 12, no NAV. My infotainment screen shows this weird clouding and abnormal display at all times along the bottom of the screen. Its irregular and constant.
Not visible during the day due to the light in the cabin, but easily noticeable in my garage or morning/evening driving where the contrast is most evident. I have emailed these photos to my local dealership (not where I purchased it from) and am awaiting a response. I called service this morning and understandably he wanted to see it in person. As this is my only vehicle, I cannot afford to make a trip to the dealership just to show him this issue, to order a replacement, and finally return for the repair. He agreed he would accept the photoes via email and we would go from there..
Anyone else experiencing this, any positive outcomes?
