I installed the:
1 Tekonsha Brake Control Wiring Adapter - Dual Plug In
1 Kit: Redarc Tow-pro Elite Brake Controller- Tekonsha Harness

To my 2019 Ascent as I wanted a easy end to end connections without having to individually wire, its a total plug and play. All connections are seated and it is doing nothing. I read that some people had to replace fuses in the engine fuse box when there is no power to the LEDs on controller knob, I checked all 40A fuses they look good. Has anyone else had the no power to the tail issue? The brake controller is not lighting up when car is on with or without a trailer connected. Has anyone found a solution to why that power might not be getting to the unit from the pigtail?

I think the first thing I would try is to see if the connection to the brake controller is hot when the car is on. You'll have to disconnect the brake controller and get out a multimeter. If you don't have one they can be had inexpensively at your nearest home improvement store.
I will be doing this this week, I went the route of a 7PIN hitch tester, and lights were working for the most part but the BK for trailer brake light was very faint if lit. I will have to test the connection then keep scratching my head from there and start replacing fuses that look good.

Towed the camper this last weekend, brake controller is responsive, the LED light for programming and status is still non responsive, all fuses and power seem to be working. So calling the install a 85% win, as it would be nice for the led to light the control to see the dial in the dark.

I would guess it is an issue with the controller itself, rather than the wiring or installation. Perhaps the LED is not getting power internally or is just defective. Where & when did you purchase the controller? If recently, maybe ask for an exchange/replacement, or contact the manufacturer for help.
Yeah I just sent them an email, I purchased it through etrailer.
