I am going to replace the front sway bar links due to worn out dust boot covers. While searching online, including on this forum, I found that the torque specification for the end link is 44.3 lb-ft. I'm wondering if this spec applies to both ends of each link— the upper connection to the strut and the lower connection to the control arm.
