Hello,

A few questions regarding the built-in WiFi for the Ascent:

1. This seems pretty obvious to me, but when the vehicle is turned off, does the WiFi also turn off with it (I assume it does)?
2. The WiFi bands provided -- is it a 2.4ghz only or both 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands?

Thank you! I have been trying to determine whether the AT&T 22GB for $20 a month data plan is worth it if I offset some of that in-car usage from my normal smartphone plan. Also trying to determine whether I can reduce my smartphone plan cost to offset the $20 a month data plan for the car, should I elect to go that route.

Just looked. It is 2.4 or 5 but not both at the same time.

Is there a submenu or service menu to toggle between 2.4 and 5? Crazy as it is my work laptop doesn’t pickup the 5...which is a bit challenging for mobile working.
