I just got my car, Ascent Touring 2022, yesterday and I cannot figure where this part fit.
Can you help me in placing it in the right place.

Did you get the wireless charger? It might have required removal of that part if you did. Otherwise it would be very noticeable it's missing if you look in the cubby under the head unit.

Yes I did get the wireless charger.
So I guess that explains it. Mystery solved.
