I've got both Beamtech hi and low bulbs on mine. They're a massive improvement over the stock halogen setup. Highly recommended as the bulbs are reasonably priced.

As for liability/blinding issues/etc., no one could absolutely lay blame on an oncoming traffic vehicle's lights, as no road is perfectly flat. Any undulation in the road could potentially cause your headlights to either dip far below or above the factory set cutoff pattern. Heck even rapid acceleration or deceleration could vary the level of the headlights. There are a lot more important things to worry about lol.

I tried using the Putco F1 in the low beams and they were better than stock but not enough better. Then I installed the diode dynamics H11 HID kit and we LOVE it.

I also put a set of Putco F1's in the high beam and they are fantastic.
