I have a practically new set of Blizzak, 255/50R20 tires that I want to put on for the Winter, to replace the 245/50R20 seasonal tires. The Blizzaks have only about 4,000 miles on them. The difference in diameter is only .49" and .5" in width. Is this feasible? Seems like the difference is not enough to cause rubbing anywhere. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Youre looking at a 1.3% difference in circumference, which would mean your speedo is off by about 1mph at 70mph. https://tiresize.com/comparison/
Besides that, you'd have to check the tires for rubbing in a hard left/right turn. The factory didn't leave us a lot of clearance there.
Then there's the effect on the eyesight system...there are other threads that address this more intelligently than I'd be able to.

Fit is no problem. The mis-matched spare will be...AWD and 4WD vehicles have to have a spare that's the same tire diameter as the tires on the four corners.
