They must have sent you the wrong one. My Tuxmats definitely don't interfere with the amp under the seat. It stops right before the edge of the amp like the other member's photo. I'm sure they'll be able to send you the right piece.

So, the adhesive side of the velcro isn't holding very well where the 2nd row mat goes up where the floor is higher. I thought about relocating some of the plastic clips that come with the Tuxmats but I liked them where I had already placed them.

I found these clips on Amazon and they are working out very well. The part that clips onto the mat is also offset enough so that they fit even better under the plastic trim than the actual Tuxmat clips would.
