Maybe a dumb question, but I'm almost prepared to order. However, I know there are quite a few TSB's out for the Ascent. If I order one now, are they addressing the TSB's at the factory or at the dealer upon arrival? What is the process for handling those?

Aren't the TSB really just a procedure to address an issue if it arises. Not a recall, but an issue that has popped up on a few cars and a way to address it. It's not a known problem that is on all cars.

Ok, let me clarify. I've seen issues where software updates were required for radio issues and some other things, specifically. Are those software updates being done out of the factory or does the dealer have to do those?

No idea. If you're about to order things could change, heck they're nearing the 60k mark and may not take orders eh? Just ask the dealer to check and install the latest software versions when they are doing the other things at delivery.
