My phone had been connecting normally through Bluetooth until a couple of days ago. All good with CarPlay but not when just connecting via Bluetooth. I have an Apple phone and it shows the Ascent in the list under Bluetooth, but when I try to connect I get a screen that says the phone cannot find the Bluetooth. Anyone also have this problem or have found a resolution short of hitting the Subaru Factory reset button?

Delete the Bluetooth profile, restart phone. Restart cars infotainment system and try again connecting Bluetooth.
Thanks Ramboxman. I tried this and it did not work. I am going to try the factory reset and just see if starting from the beginning will help. Will keep you posted.
