[FONT="]Decided to browse the web today to see if there's an Ascent forum yet and voila! But then of course, I would expect nothing else! :smile:[/FONT]

[FONT="]Pre-ordered back in April, it's been a long wait! I had the car for about 3 weeks now, put over 1000 miles on the odo and love it! It's a Abyss Blue Pearl Limited with Ivory leather "customized" for Arizona as I leave in Phoenix area (no sunroof ). [/FONT]

[FONT="]The good:[/FONT]
[FONT="]- The ride is sublime. Really! Never had an S class, but it can't be that far off[/FONT]
[FONT="]- The looks: I know this is subjective but Abyss Blue Pearl and ivory leather just does it for me[/FONT]
[FONT="]- The options list: I think that it hits a sweet spot, with excellent value for money on any trim[/FONT]
[FONT="]- The interior is the best Subaru ever made
[/FONT]
[FONT="]- The engine is a little gem[/FONT]
[FONT="]- Fits in my garage![/FONT]
[FONT="] [/FONT]
[FONT="]The bad:[/FONT]
[FONT="]- The steering is numb. :crying:[/FONT]
[FONT="]- 3rd row seats are mostly for kids[/FONT]
[FONT="]- The brakes could be "firm-er" and with a lower travel[/FONT]
[FONT="]- No way to add front camera and the fancy interior mirror-screen unless you go Touring [/FONT]
[FONT="]- NO ventilated seats option unless you go Touring! Whaat?? For me, leaving in AZ, this was almost a deal breaker [/FONT]

[FONT="]The wired:[/FONT]
[FONT="]- Sometimes the entertainment system won't recognize my phone for the first 30 seconds or so, asking instead to connect a new one[/FONT]
[FONT="]- If you shut down the engine before moving the transmission in to park, the car will act as if somebody is trying to steal it[/FONT]
[FONT="]- On all the upper trims Ivory leather is the only option for the dash. This makes it look strange if your seat color is not the same (especially on Touring!). [/FONT]
