1) What's the best way to report to SOA? Email them from the mySubaru page?
2) Once there's a software update available, how do owners get it?
Yes, I'm a first-time Subaru owner - took delivery of my Ascent last week...
1. Try this link - https://www.subaru.com/customer-support.html . I normally use "Email Us" on the right hand side.
2. On the harmon deck, scroll through the settings and you should be able to find a section for updates.
