I just traded my 2015 Impreza for a 2021 Ascent Touring edition on Saturday. I've been trying through the "My Subaru" app to purchase the Starlink Safety Plus, Security Plus and Concierge Services. For some reason I can't get it to complete the process. I've tried it on both my Android phone and on my iPad with the same result each time. When I complete all of the information and put my payment info in, I hit "Subscribe Now" the screen just has a ring spinning in the center as though it's processing but, it never goes anywhere from there. It continues to spin until I evcentually have to close the app to get out of it.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I tried contacting support but, they're already closed today.

Have you tried on the website via computer?


Also, make sure your car has successfully registered with MySubaru first.
