Starlink Data Sharing

Just got a New Ascent - after 15 years of having an Outback. I signed up for the free Starlink subscription as I was curious how it was. But just realized that Starlink shared driving data with other parties - including insurance.
I do not like the idea of my data being shared - how do I turn it off?
There is an opt out page from Subaru:
Right to Opt Out (Do not sell or share my personal information with third parties)

There is also an option for "Right to know".

And when I requested the information that Subaru has collected, this is what I received from Subaru:
