Not sure if issue or not. I have 4200 miles on 2020 Touring bought in November in Waco, TX. I was using premium gas, but after seeing comments in the forum now put in 87-88 octane, and have not really noticed a lot of difference. When I first got the car, when you'd start it, starter would kick in about 1 second (speedo and tach needles move to full scale and about when they reached it, starter ran and car started immediately). However, last few weeks seems it now takes 2-3 seconds, a definite pause, almost like it just can't quite get then, THEN it starts. I thought I might have not been keeping the button pressed long enough, but no matter short or long time holding the button, large pause. I filled up with premium gas this time around to see if that made a difference but, have run almost a full tank through, and no change.

Something to worry about, or normal?

Thanks!

There's no need to hold the pushbutton. Doing so may cause the radio to not fully start, and black screen. It may also affect starting.
