I thought the Touring came with rain sensing wipers but now looking online they aren’t mentioned anywhere. Can anyone confirm that the Touring comes with rain sensing wipers?

I feel you on that. I’m right outside Portland, Oregon where it seems to rain 8 months out of the year so definitely a consideration.

yes but to activate this function the lever has to be down one notch from the "neutral" position

Have had rain daily since taking delivery on 7.3.18 - they are great! Favorite part is how they nearly stop running at a light ?

FWIW, I initially didn't like the fact they are controlled by the stalk; meaning I prefer a setting vs physical control. Then I took the car to be washed - flip the stalk up and no worries. Good call on the engineering decision.

Rain Sensing Wipers

My wife and I test drove a touring model last night before putting down a deposit and ordering. As I was driving it started a very light rain and I'm thinking, okay, I need to figure out how to turn the wipers on this unfamiliar vehicle. Next thing I know the wipers are automatically coming on as needed! They were so quiet I didn't even notice it immediately! This was probably the best surprise of the test drive. lol

The rain sensing system works exceptionally well!
