Hi, we need more info.

• What trim level do you have? (eg: with or without 14 speaker Harman Kardon system)
• What phone?
• What OS version on phone?
• What's the firmware version on your car's head unit? (Settings->General->System Information)
• Are you using CarpPlay, Android Auto or just Bluetooth?
• Is music playing before the call? And, if so, from what source? (eg: SiriusXM, Pandora, USB, etc)

We had the same problem with our 19 Touring. Messed around with IPhone and Android settings and nothing worked. Took it into the dealer and they ended up replacing the amplifier and the problem went away. Been over 4 months now with the same phones and no more noise when phone calls end.
