Welcome to the forum and congrats on the preorder. I think there were a lot of subie owners looking for something with more utility than whats found in the Outback. Seeing as how its a brand new powertrain, it'll be interesting to see how the Ascent performs.

I have owned 3 Outbacks and have ordered new Ascent Touring for delivery in July 2018. Looking forward to learning from other Ascent owners very much like the education we received from the Outback owners forum. Like to hear from others about anything Subaru Ascent.

The Ascent is still relatively new, so it'll be a while until people start taking deliveries.
