Hello all! New owners of an Ascent Limited here and absolutely loving the vehicle. We are in the market for some cross bars and were wondering what types you went with.....OEM vs Market? Likes and dislikes? If there is anyone selling locally, we would be interested in saving a some $ vs dealer costs as well. Looking forward to hearing any tips and tricks of ownership....

I use the Yakama Timberline system with the core bars. So far they seem quiet but maybe not as quiet as the aerobars, but lots quieter than the round bars . I like the core bars as you can buy them long and then cut them to the length you need. Thule makes good racks as well.
