Hello,
I got this issue in Sep last year. It started with the version 19.2.
I used W10 Virtual machine in Virtualbox, that was working just fine with Map Downloader V 19.1. When V 19.2 was published, it auto-updated itself, and stopped with this message. I tested also with new W10 installation on a physical laptop with the same success.

Last maps update I did using an old laptop running W7, that worked just fine.
