I keep having "problem connecting to server. Please check your network connection" error when I tried to login to Map Downloader on my PC. I could login online with the same login and password. Anybody has the same problem?

I just tried and no problems for me. Do you have some internet security on your computer or router that may be blocking access?

Keep trying? That happened to me last time, after I announced an update... I think they're just really busy.

I tweaked the network settings but the error only happens with the new PC I bought recently. I have no problem login or download the update with the older PC. I guess it has something to do with the software or settings with the new PC I got

Hello,
I got this issue in Sep last year. It started with the version 19.2.
I used W10 Virtual machine in Virtualbox, that was working just fine with Map Downloader V 19.1. When V 19.2 was published, it auto-updated itself, and stopped with this message. I tested also with new W10 installation on a physical laptop with the same success.
Here are the details about the error:

Last maps update I did using an old laptop running W7, that worked just fine.
I've just RE: the mail asking for news.
Will update here once I get something.
Cheers.
