manual key does not open door of my ascent. all forms of communication to the car seem to be lost and the "manual KEY" should be the last form of entry but it does nothing to unlock the door.

Did you try the second key from the second FOB? It's only a 1/8 turn to unlock. Does it turn, or does it get stuck?

unlock problem

my 2019 Ascent was left in Florida last April. we have a house sitter that planned to start it and give it a little exercise every week or 2. at this point, he cannot open the car with the fob. he also cannot open the car with the manual key. the total car seems to be dead. the car is stored...
