Driver's side windshield washer is not operating at full pressure (passenger side is fine). Spray barely hits the bottom of the windshield. The nozzle doesn't appear to be obstructed. The nozzle is embedded in a plastic case that runs about the width of the windshield. (The left or passenger side nozzle is in the wiper blade.) Anyone experience this or know of DIY fix or is this a Subaru service? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Dealer would just try spraying compressed air up the hose to dislodge any debris. You can try that first yourself if you're so inclined.
