When the Lane Keep Assist switch is deactivated are other functions like Lane Departure Warning disabled is Eyesight Display disabled? The manual is not clear on this or maybe I'm reading it wrong.

All of the safety features have two layers.
Lane keep assist you turn on via the steering wheel, but lane departure warnings are always on unless you force them off using the button on the ceiling
Same with adaptive cruise control you turn on and off via the steering wheel, but emergency braking is always on unless you force it off using the button on the ceiling.

for both ceiling buttons there is a big orange notice on the dash to let you know when it is off, and I'm pretty sure they both turn back on every time you start your car

You may be confused as I originally was. Lane keep assist is different from the lane departure warnings. Lane keep assist needs to be turned on at the steering wheel and actually steers you back into the center of the lane when all conditions are met for it to be active.
