I've not known Subaru to do incentives on the cars (on any of them). Other than limited dealer stock, Subarus are built to order, so, they don't have excess stock to get rid of. They also cannot keep up with demand and the factory runs at peak allowable numbers at all times outside of maintenance windows.
Rarely, they will do financing incentives, but that's about it, and, considering the backlog on the Ascent, I doubt that's happening any time soon either.
