I have Crystal White Pearl 2019 Ascent Touring. Coming back from a recent trip to Sequoia NP, I brushed against a hanging branch and or a woody bush. Right side now has a couple of scratches running from front passenger door to the back. The hitherto pristine exterior is now marred and it hurts. I have been checking out how to get rid of the scratches and looked-up clay bars, polishes and other things.
But before I try anything (and risk worsening the situation), I want to check with forum members if they have any recommendation on products and what should I do?

But really it depends on how deep the lines are. I would try clay first before any power tools.

If you can’t feel the scratch with a finger nail then they should polish out. A random orbital polisher, a good wax (Griots Best in Show Wax is my go to these days), and some elbow grease will fill them or at least make them less obvious.

To prevent it from happening again, I’ve heard of off-roaders using magnetic sheets on their body panels to take the scratches instead of the paint.

The remedy depends on how damaged the paint is. CWP consists of primer, base, opalescent and clear layers. You didn't post close ups so hard to tell from here. If you aren't a DIYer, check with a detailer for a knowledgeable opinion.

I would let a pro handle it if its deeper than the clearcoat.
