I have as of yesterday join this forum im buying the ascent 2019, when i made my info i had inadvertently wrote my mail address in the user name instead of my actual user name. my user name is jerr7 is there a way the adminerstaor can change it or can they get in touch with me through my email address to correct it

Yes, go to HOME then go all the way to the bottom you will see a contact us. Just ask to change it.

Yes ^^^ this. I contacted the "webmasters" regarding the signature issue after "mentioning" the ascentadmin several times. Go direct and you will see action.
