What did he get wrong?
He skipped a few systems, and attributed the wrong systems to the wrong years (eg: he attributed today's ATS systems to Subaru's 1996-2009 ATS system

If I recall all the dates correctly, what the non mechanical Subaru systems ACTUALLY did were:
  1. 90/10 torque split front-to-rear under normal conditions until 1996
  2. 80/20 from 1996 to 2009
  3. 60/40 on Subaru Forester from 2009 and 2010 Outbacks/Legacies Gen 4 onward.
