It sure sounds a lot of like the upper strut mount/bearing has failed.

That sounds identical to our 2024 which recently had both front strut assemblies replaced due to this same noise where the upper strut mount/bearing was found to be the culprit.

 

Currently have 6k miles on my '24 Touring and I'm already starting to get this noise. Oy, adding to the list of things to bring up at my next oil change in a couple of months.
