I use the OEM carpet mats that come with the vehicle. I don't feel the need for anything else for my own particular use and prefer the sound environment that the carpet mats provide over harder surfaces. That said, based on a lot of anecdotal comments from folks for a long time now, I'd probably look at TuxMat if I did need something more "protective".
