Last weekend we pulled the boat to a lake regatta ... stayed in a cabin, and had to drive up a steep path with wet leaved.
The Ascent pulls trailers easily - fantastic for towing. No problem with traction on hills too.
Our MPG was 22 while towing but some of that time was in heavy traffic. The cruise control and lane assist are wonderful on big highways. We have never had a vehicle with those features, and I'm impressed.

After 3 pickups and 2 vans used to pull boats over 40 years - I would say the Ascent is better than sliced bread. Comfortable, roomy, great towing.

I'm at 3500 miles, and no problems at all.

Most of us suggest turning off the lane assist while towing to limit potential trailer sway it may cause. Just something to keep in mind
Glad to hear you're enjoying your Ascent! Its such a versatile and fun vehicle!
