Excited to Learn

I’ve had my Subaru since March of 2019. I absolutely love it. I’ve never been on any forums about it aside from a Facebook group. I’m going to finally upgrade my rims and tires as well as get a wrap on it. I’m excited to see what others are doing/have done.

A full wrap is not cheap and it is advised to do a paint correction prior to the wrap.
Welcome, and check out the wheels forum here:

And also the "modded Subaru Ascents" page on Facebook.

Lots of ideas and photos of what others have done.

Did you mean to wrap the whole thing, or just some trim such as a chrome-delete?
The best part about Forums is the search engine - it's so much better than FB's, and can really help you dig up good info.

Lift, tires, wheel PPF on the hood, tow hitch. Getting PPF on the rest one day. Has a ceramic coating. LED interior lights and Subiespeed tail gate light. A couple other small things to make life things easier like a 12V plug where the 120V plug would be and front and rear dash cams.

The best search engine I have found for typical automotive forums like this one is Google. It finds the appropriate threads easier and faster than any Vertical Scope search engine. After searching and not finding the proper threads for a particular topic on this forum (and the Ridgeline forum I frequent), I just type the subject into the search bar of Google and most of the threads in the Ascent forum pop up.

Interesting - I wonder if it's the way we phrase our searches and our search strategies that's making the difference between the two...or maybe in how we use the search function(s)

At work, I usually attack literature searches both via dedicated search engines as well as via Google. With the former, I tend to drive the search terms in a bit more specific manner, while with the latter, I "ask a question." With searches on the Forums, I tend to do the same as the former, but I tend to search for things I specifically know. Meanwhile, when I have questions that are less specific or if I'm trying to troll (as in to fish for, not to engage in "trolling" antics 😅 ) for a larger variety of answers, I tend to use the latter.
If you add the following to your Google search phrase:

Site:ascentforums.com

No spaces.
Google will return only links to this site.

You'e welcome.

Pretty sure this will work on most search engines but I read it originally in google documentation.
