I cannot see how a queen size would fit in a vehicle like this...it's 80" long and 60" wide. If it was a thin version that can bend, it might be able to be squeezed in for width, but I doubt you'd get the hatch closed which really has to happen for safety. You'd be better moving it on a utility trailer or up-top, although the latter in particular is going to make for a big hit in fuel economy.
If can bend in half sideways, yes. Bend in a circle length way with the front seats moved forward, yes.
We have done it both ways with a 8" foam queen. I can confirm fit to load and haul. The top of the hatch area
is the hiccup, If it is not foam, like Jim said, Uhaul or similar.
