Does anyone have a line going down their bumper on their 2023 on the left side near the square looking thing? Dealership is telling me it’s normal.

Totally normal (mine on my May 2018 built Ascent was way more pronounced). Wipe once with tire shine or trim restorer, and ignore it. It will disappear over time. I think mine disappeared in a few months.
I can't find a good pic, but, here's a shot of my rear bumper. Even coloration across the whole thing.
