Just a word of warning. X42855 wheels do not fit.

X42855 - Macpek --- RSSW

They were sold to me by local tire shop. They don't clear the front brake caliper.

Tire shop is doing right by finding me a set of wheels that fit and switching over for free. In the meantime they have put my winter tires on my stock rims for me for free (I prefer to have seperate full wheel sets so I can swap easily myself).

Yep, everyone needs to be careful. A bunch of places are assuming that if it fits on the new WRXs, that it will fit on the Ascent, but, the reality is, we have the larger brakes. Even rims that clear the STI's Brembos don't always fit on the Ascent - I know from experience and testing.

When you do find one that fits, please let us know which.
Ordered these for my winters. Hoping they fit. Bought through my local Subaru dealer. Should be here some time late this week or early next week.

I love my Raceline Shift 18" Wheels. Get lots of good comments, even from the Subaru dealer when I got my oil change!

See thread:

The new RSSW cheapo steel wheels - X74855NT - fit. Seems like RSSW must have figured this out and changed them on their website.

Steel vs aluminum

I never really thought much about it till I had issues on my trailer the steel wheels were wobbly ie bent after 2 yrs of trips. The Aluminum wheels I switched too are flawless after 4 yrs.

^ I just watched this recently yeah umm no thanks I’ll never run steel wheels on my cars.

These fit no issues. Mounted with Nokian Hakk...... Great so far. I'll get photos one day.
