Appears to be no way to do this on the 2019 models...
It seems like there is no way to turn off those lights while the door is open. If you really want them off, then maybe just pull the bulbs out. Hopefully, at some point your little ones will learn how to sleep with lights on.Hello everyone,
this is my first post on here and wanted to ask everyone a simple question regarding the Ascent(base model). My wife and I are trying to figure out how to turn off the overhead lights in the back seats(second row). We have 2 little little one's and at night going home when we put both of them in there car seats the lights bother to the point they start to wake up. We tried turning off the the switch above the display(which we had on for doors) but it only turns off the front driver and passenger lights. is there a button or a switch to turn those backseat overhead lights on and off?
I believe when they refer to using the lens to turn off they mean when the doors are closed and the light is manually activated. When the door is open, pressing the lens will not turn off the lights.from what the manual says( just read about the lights) on page 288 it shows the lights can be turned off by pushing the lens but i guess it depends on the model you own.
3 souls under age 5 ... my 15 OB and 18 OB have buttons I use to select 'OFF' and the lack of these is impressively ill conceivedHello everyone,
