Only thing I wish they did different was introduce a roof that sloped a bit to the rear, sort of like the coupe SUV's being offered these days. It would be a very small compromise to the rear cabin and cargo area, maybe none at all. But i'm happy enough with what we have here.

I think the smaller looking headlights give it a more distinguished look vs the crude larger ones common in pick ups. Yet does not take away from the overall bold rugged SUV appearance. Very subtle, but I like it.

The fact that this concept looks very close to a production model leaves me happy because then what more toning down can they really do?
Maybe the type of lighting behind the housing might change but aside from that the overall shape should and will stick to production..

Need to admit that I was expecting something smaller, but it's even better. In terms of exterior, this car is awesome, can't say a word against it. Also, I'm so happy that Subaru didn't move too far from their concept model.

No, this is the pre-production version, which was shown back in April. The final version will be announced and displayed at the LA auto show at the end of this month and the beginning of Dec. Then we will know everything...
Sorry my mistake, I thought you're referring the production model.
Yes, we're all anticipating to see it at LA Auto Show.

BTW, anyone knows the press conference exact date?
