Another Subaru newbie here.

Just signed the papers and will pick up my 2021 Touring tomorrow.
It’s having a tow hitch installed and being detailed.
This would be my first Subaru so I don’t know what to expect.. but it will come handy once the snow hits the twin cities..

Seat seemed really high up was my first impression... :p

I wanted a Bronze with Java... but they were nowhere to be found so settled for a Red with black interior.:oops:

Welcome. my 2019 limited was my first Subaru as well. I love it. Winters are fun in Colorado with the Ascent.

My wife and I bought our new Touring about 2 months ago. Our second. She commented on the high seat as well, but said she adjusted quickly. Lots of things in Subaru's sit up a bit higher than the average bear. btw - we love the Ascent. The learning curve takes a while, but once I learned the in's and out's of the bells and whistles and features of it, it's been smooth sailing. We have the towing package too. We took our 15 ft camper out with it (2500 lbs empty) soon after we got it and had no problems.
