Having a problem with our new Ascent's radio, the am and fm stations are not coming over the speakers. It's stopping at the stations but no sound, nothing not even static. Xm satellite and plugging in phone works fine just no radio. Turned car off twice and restarted but nothing. Maybe I hit something by mistake I don't know.

Hold down the volume button until it reboots completely. Kinda like a hard reset on an iPhone. Had the same problem with my XM. It has been fine since.

I’m going to try that as well. My entire sound completely stopped this morning for everything. I remember when I first got the car it was intermittent and the dealer said there was an update and it’s been great ever since....until this morning. Ill try the the reboot as well otherwise dealer here I come.
