Since last night I’ve been messing around with the app but upon entering the PIN code,a pop up window is displayed stating basically the app is locked and it will reset after 60mins.I’ve waited the 60 mins at least 4x without luck before going to bed.Woke up this morning I tried again with no luck.So I called customer support and the gentleman I spoke with said he was getting a different message on his screen when he tried to get access. He suggested that I reset the PIN code which I did and still no luck.So the gentleman said he is going to forward the info to the tech department and go from there.If anyone recently come across this issue should contact Subaru support.At least I’m on a trial run for 6 months if not happy with the service it will get cancelled.
